CANCELLATION POLICY

The Moon Salon Cancellation & No-Show Policy At The Moon Salon, your appointment time is reserved especially for you. When an appointment is missed without notice, it prevents us from offering that time to another client. No-Show Policy Clients who do not arrive for their scheduled appointment and fail to notify us before their appointment time will be considered a no-show. Effective immediately, all no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the total booked service amount to the card on file. This policy applies to all scheduled services, including hair, makeup, extension, and specialty appointments. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask that you provide as much notice as possible. We understand that emergencies happen and will always do our best to work with you when unforeseen circumstances arise. By booking an appointment with The Moon Salon, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation and no-show policy.
